    Lidia cooks similar to my Grandmothers cooking and comes from the same area in Croatia. Although I am now as old as her, I love the fact that i can find recipes from my childhood. She explains as she describes the process of cooking a recipe, which is both educational and enlightening. Even if you weren't brought up with her style of cooking, it is delicious and you will enjoy.
