This Dyson was not as described. They told me everything was in the box and I am missing the cleaner head to my vacuum. I contacted them and they will not send me my cleaner head or refund me until I return the vacuum. The box they sent it in was 4 cardboard pieces taped together and was such a disaster to open there was no way I could use it to send back. I had them call me and they were so rude and told me to contact EBay but I couldn't find where to contact EBay I gave a useless vacuum

    I know they are little "pricey" but they are absolutely worth every dollar paid!

    I already have a pair of these but saw them for sale and had to comment. Very simply, these are as close to perfect a piece of technology as I have found. Not only are they beautiful to look at just sitting there, lit up are not, but they are extremely comfortable, the Microphone is outstanding… I'm not sure what else I can say, other than, you cannot go wrong with these, and you will never regret your decision to purchase them. AND, I am not getting paid to say this or endorse this product. I just have them and I really, really I'm glad I got them about two years ago. I am a gamer, and as I said, these are close to "perfect."
