They did send us the money to return it but had to remind them the price as first they only sent a little of the postage. Once received they will not reply to us and have not got a refund for the item. This was for my parents due to a traffic accident and needed to be replaced before the police stop them. WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. Seller does take 10 days to despatch but this is detailed on the listing so no problem . Ordered 15th July and received on 4th August , packed very well and delivered by EVRI . I was expecting some form of import fees / VAT as came from Latvia but nothing charged when delivered so even happier . Items perfect with the correct colour codes on the springs for my car .
