This item listed as brand new, never used. Not the case. Arrived with fish broken because it wasn't original insert that Dept 56 sends . I purchased same item from different seller who showed a picture of the item in the correct foam nestled securely. This item was in weird peaked foam in the bottom and on top which didn't protect nor was D56 packaging. Offered a refund but I wanted others to know this vendor does not tell the the truth. Many take a refund enabling his ratings to remain high.
