    This item was lost in shipping. Seller has told me that it was delivered even though tracking shows that it is still out there somewhere. I waited almost a month for it, and paid for it over 6 weeks ago. But so far no refund. I wont be cancelling the transaction because its too much hassle, but definitely will not buy from this place again. It makes me leary to buy EBAY. At least with Amazon I can get my money back without all this....

    Ebay tracking still shows delivered, if you didn't receive it you should start a case with the shipping provider, there is shipping insurance for a reason. This will also be a necessary step when dealing with Amazon as well.

    Great phone for 3CX

    The provisioning process for this phone with 3CX system could not be easier. It was almost like plug and play. The menu structure of the phone is a little awkward but it works. The voice quality with CallCentric as SIP provider is excellent.
