Good shipping time and communication but the packing left a little bit to be desired. I bought an expensive item so a little more care would have been appreciated. My item was placed in an incomplete box with no packing material and shipping paper wrapped over it. That said, it did arrive fast and in decent condition so I am mostly satisfied and would recommend this seller.
