How do I get either A Refund or an Ebay Credit as this Battery is NO GOOD , It Will Not Charge , I have 2 other Hart Batteries & They Charge just fine . This ebay Battery stays red on the charger indicator and I have a Hart high dollar quick charging unit . I seen that the seller also has other discrepancies on his ebay sellers account.
