    What's not to like?

    Picked this up to replace my S700 I dropped and killed. I'm very happy with it. Pretty much the same convenience, some other features, more resolution and more zoom. I don't need a professional camera, so this is great for me. I should mention I got it used for a song here on ebay.

    Replacing the old camea with the latest was an easy chore!

    The camera was bought as a gift for my wife. She has been using a previous model of the Finepix cameras, and was having a minor problem with it. The new one fits right into her plans and required very little relearning to use. The features of this camera far exceed the older version. She was taking great pictures within minutes, but still has a lot of features that she has yet to learn. Many times since she opened it, she has yelled, "Look at this!." I am certain she will enjoy the camera fro many years to come.

    Great camera, user friendly easy to operate and good price

    This is a very nice camera for a very good price. It looks like a dslr camera. I have one like this the only difference is the optical zoom which is 30x that takes good pictures and also reliable when you want to capture a video. This is a user friendly camera, easy to adjust settings and timer. This is lightweight. It takes 4 double A battery. My friend asked me to buy her a camera that not only takes good pictures but also has the features of an expensive ones.

    Bulky but a good performer.

    This is one of the few EVF cameras which is still available for those who want to be able to view and compose their photos under a variety of conditions. The camera accomplishes this well with a very visible and logically laid out display. The problems come with low light situations where color shift and noisy images become apparent. The camera is very light weight but bulky and the plastic construction gives it a very cheap feel. Fuji has also made an unusual method of shifting from preview to shooting by requiring the user to press the power button. This is a feature which is retained on their current model. For the price though its a good buy and a serviceable model with slightly superior performance to the Olympus EVF's which have all disappeared.

    I am not a pro. I purchased the camera for family pictures and thus

    I am not a pro. and I don't have any experience in photography other than taking pictures with my phone and a basic digital camera. I just wanted to try something a little more in depth than a simple point and shoot; this unit was on sale at a great price so I took a chance. I use it for family pictures and thus far I am pleased with its performance. With some reading and YouTube I was able to understand some of the features of the camera. The camera is simple enough to understand and I enjoy taking pictures with it. Thus far I am able to get great family pics with it.
