    Stick a needle in my eye if you find this book isn't worth it!

    When I first read Cross My Heart, I didn't realize it was going to end in a cliffhanger. It was so riveting that I couldn't wait to continue. Bought the follow up immediately on eBay and read it steadily over the next few days and it did not disappoint. Just when you think something predictable will happen something unpredictable occurs. Just when you think you know the origins everything goes sideways and if you thought you knew the end Patterson has a little something waiting for you there too. Masterfully written and very worthy of a read.

    story keeps your interest . its a follow up to the book cross my heart. it really is not his best writing but I had to finish it as the cross my heart book had no ending
