Not as described. Listed as new, but it was used. Package was not still "sealed" as claimed. Template has scratches/gouges in it from being used. This was not a oversight, as the seller even wrote in the description that the template was new, and unused. Apparently you can't trust the seller's description as they listed this completely opposite of it's true condition.

It was an oversight considering it was stapled(not by me) so I considered it sealed. You purchased a template previously that was just fine from the same estate lot this one came from. I should have known you would be an issue after your complaint about price of the first template (which I made right by the way) There are just some type of people who will find any reason, legitimate or not to make others life difficult and thats who left me negative feedback!

"Considering" something sealed is not actually new. The template was used and you indicated several times it was new. Completely false. You also broke more rules by leaving retaliatory false positive feedback. You demanded feedback revision without offering to resolve the problem. You are blaming an unhappy buyer for your own wrongs. You should be truthful in your listings and offer better customer service.
