It is DEAD and just doesn’t charge, I used it maybe 4 times, and I could tell that the charge seemed iffy. I contacted them, they said SORRY IT HAS BEEN 30 days… well, I believe it is true that it had been 30 days maybe even 35 days, it took time... Hey, I spent 300 plus$ I was just going to let it go, but I believe I got ripped off and you need to know that it is a rip. I have been feeling hesitant about eBay, but I decided to go through with the neg feedback, because I love my eBay!

I'm sorry that you feel this way. You were sold a BRAND NEW item and asked me to return it 45 days (not 30) after you have been using it multiple times per your message. It worked fine for the first 45 days so what happened? Did you break it and then feel like you got ripped off because you broke it?
