Item was just as described and arrived very timely. No issues at all with the item or item quality. Seller included a pretty extreme religious pamphlet that seemed very inappropriate. I messaged the seller about this and expressed why this was inappropriate. Leaving neutral feedback because the item was perfect, but including the pamphlet calling your customer a “sinner” isn’t exactly the customer service I’d expect. I have the seller a week to respond and have heard nothing - hence neutral.

Over 10+ years selling on this platform, and this is the most way over the top response I have ever received. I wasn't aware the I was to respond to the message that felt like a slap in the face. I am truly sorry that this buyer was so offended, that was not my intent. I would have welcomed a conversation. Neutral FB was unwarranted, nor was it fair. The buyer states CLEARLY that the item is fine. FB is supposed to be based solely on the item, packaging, and shipping time ; which was perfect.
