Irelands,customs duty, was not paid so an post sent it back to the seller.
not the sellers fault, an post do this all the time. they only do this if the seller is not in the EU.
i was not informed about the customs duty, i had to phone my local post office in order to clarify.
as a result the seller spent money on postage witch was unfortunate.
As i orderd this for my husband who has foot drop.i was dissapoited to say the least.
i say again an post fault, not the sellers fault.

The packing was poor. The carton in which the trolley was shipped was too soft. The carton was placed in a soft envelop. The result was not good at all. The trolley came with many dented and scratched parts. I had to take it to a craftsman to fix it. I contacted the seller, but she offered a return only. She blamed her post office, though the envelope bears her handwriting on it. I was expecting a partial refund for not taking good care of the shipping and packaging.

The customer was offered a full refund, which he refused, he neither requested nor mentioned a partial refund. How is it possible that it is my fault that they damaged the package during transport? Thank you for this negative feedback, it is simply unbelievable that someone refuses a refund, and then gives me negative feedback. I hope you are enjoying this now
