Verified purchase
Seller made a mistake in the listing title and descriptiion and I received the wrong item. She's refusing to issue a refund. The item she sent me is expired and shouldn't have been sold or shipped to anyone. She's demanding I return it. I will not, because I shouldn't have to pay to ship it back as it was sent to me in error. Plus she shouldn't be reselling cosmetics that have been returned, and she can't resell it anyway because it is expired. Terrible seller.

I immediately admitted to the buyer I had made a mistake. I offered a full refund plus shipping if she would send me the item back. There are so many inaccuracies in her feedback. I never refused a refund, I have offered a full refund 3 times. The cosmetics aren't expired. The problem is that the buyer demanded that I send a full refund and allow her to keep the item, if it is expired why does she want to keep? All my other feedback clearly shows what a great seller I am.
