There was an issue not described by the seller with the packaging. There was a square cut hole in the bottom where it is possible that some components were taken out. The device was sold as new in packaging which assumes packaging that is not been opened.
I believe the seller made a mistake. When I mentioned the problem and sent a picture of the damage he apologized and refunded me.
