The item did not have the certificate of authenticity, even though it was stated that the box was never open. When I let the seller know, he immediately offered a refund and or a reduced price. I asked for a refund and there was no negative response about it. he sent me the shipping label and as soon as he received the item I was given my refund. I really wish it had the certificate however, I was very happy with my dealings with the seller.
