What a journey with this purchase! I bought what was said to be a "fitbit charge 3" thinking it came with the charger as the description didn't say it did not. Received it. No charger. Ordered a brand new charger. Didn't work. Turned out the fitbit was a Charge 2, not 3. Seller was very responsive. Gave me the refund. (I went head and bought a new fitbit, now I am stuck with a fitbit charge 2 and a mismatched charge 3 charger!). It was a hassle but I'm glad the seller was responsible.
