    Ripken's book a must read for parents and coaches

    This is a fabulous book and should be read by all parents, coaches and anyone involved with children. I have been a High School coach for over 20 years in two sports and highly recommend this book to parents and coaches who have children in their lives. Cal Ripkin is a very reliable source and offers sound advice on how we as adults should handle ourselves around children. One of the best parts of the book is the section on the "Praise Sandwich." Encouragement is the bread and instruction is the filler. I have purchased many copies of this book that I hand out to parents and coaches alike. Read this book and become a better parent or coach.
