    My experience was wholly negative but I have put neutral simply because eBay got my money back. Photos used in the listing were not of the bracelet which was sent to me. Seller did not respond at all and I had to open a case asking eBay to step in. I got a refund through eBay. A lot of hassle could have been saved by seller using actual photos of the actual bracelet, rather than photos of a different bracelet, which I note they have now done on the relisted item.
