I got my item and it works fine but I'm a little disappointed with the communication. I asked a question about shipping and got no response whatsoever. I'm wondering if the eBay app even sent it because I got no confirmation either. Other than that there were no issues. The package was well wrapped and it arrived in one piece.

I placed the order by mistake just less than 2 days ago. So I reached out to the seller to cancel my order and get the refund. But he lied to me and said my package is on the plane so he couldn’t cancel the order. The status clearly shows the package hasn’t been shipped yet and there’s no tracking information at all.
The shopping experience with this seller is terrible as he’s not trying to help his customer.
