    Amazon Support

    The cameras themselves are excellent however if you wish to place more than three in service and monitor them with the Amazon cloud camera app a support contract is required from Amazon. What I was told by Amazon customer service that these service contracts are only available for use with cameras purchased directly from Amazon Any cameras acquired from third parties are not eligible for a service package. If you keep your security network under 3 cameras purchased via a third party then they can be monitored

    Great picture, good 2-way audio, easy set up that can be viewed from anywhere

    This is easy to set up, app driven and allows viewing from wherever. Picture is clear and bright, audio also picks up voices - clear enough to follow. I like that it also has a microphone so that you can actually speak to someone or something on screen. It's night vision is good as well. While an indoor camera we have mounted ours in a protected area to look out over our garden - which is great at night to see critters and other visitors. We also set up another one on a window sill looking out on a hummingbird feeder that is attached to the window. Great images and definitely worth it.

    Works well. Good price on eBay. Camera is compatible with Amazon Echo (Alexa). Free videos (retained for 24-hours) when motion is detected. Bidirectional sound. Uses WiFi bandwidth only when necessary (not continuously uploading to cloud).

    Item was as described and shipped timely. If you are able to live with no 5ghz compatibility, it is a fine camera with IR and two way sound. It nicely rounded out my group of cameras to make full use of my subscription. Solid, Great Quality, Last Gen Tech.
