    Great speaker system for any computer. Sounds great.

    I bought this for my 80 old father to replace the one he had before, and this is a great choice for someone who loves music and likes to surf and listen to music. Super sound for both base and treble.

    Plays Dolby Pro-Logic II from quadraphonic (4.1)

    90 total watts of sound is great. Sub is adjustible so it's not too boomy. The only negative is the system needs replacement every couple of years when the amp fails.

    Altec Lansing speakers ROCK. These used ones Sucked

    These speakers were listed as tested and said to work fine. This was not true and when I connected them to my computer I found the sub would only increase when it was turn to the full max position. I had a set of these speakers so the sub was really all I was interested in. Since I have purchased a Logitech Z-623 2.1 speaker system and they rock. Now don't get me wrong before my sub got mess up those Altec Lansing rocked also. The only thing the Speakers I bought from EBay did was rock the trash can when I thru them away because I was not going to waste more money on used speakers.
