Product Information

Designed for children two years of age and older, Play with the Teletubbies brings Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Po, and Laa-Laa to the PlayStation game console. Players join their favorite character through 11 different games and activities in Teletubbyland, a world of magical objects and sounds that are waiting to be discovered. At any point during the game, the player can choose a different Teletubby to control.<br><br>In The Hiding Game, you must find the other Teletubbies. Once you locate all your pals, the Teletubbies will join in a group hug. The Favorite Thing Activity has you trying to find Po's scooter, Laa-Laa's ball, Dipsy's hat and Tinky Winky's bag. When an item is found, the respective character will respond accordingly. Tinky Winky swings his bag, Dipsy puts his hat on, Laa-Laa bounces her ball and Po tries out her scooter.<br><br>The What's That? Activity involves noticing and naming ducks and other objects that appear in Teletubbyland. Once an object is found, you can follow it around the landscape. Ultimately, you will be rewarded with a nursery rhyme that relates to the object. When you hit The Magic Drum, flowers, clouds, Teletubbies, and other objects will magically appear. With every fourth beat, the drum will vanish and reappear in another location. You can find the drum and begin drumming again.<br><br>Another musical activity, The Cloud Event, features four clouds which, when moved up or down, release a sound from an instrument, such as a flute or a guitar. To begin The Train Event, you must locate the magical train. Once you find the train, you can direct it, speed it up, and interact with it. The Tuning-In Sequence is located at the magic windmill. This activity features 11 video inserts to watch, each with a corresponding object in the What's That? Activity.<br><br>Eventually, you will want go to the Tubbytronic Superdome, which gives you access to four activities. Chase the Noo-noo lets you control the speed of the Teletubbies as they chase their pet vacuum cleaner. Control Panel features a matching game and a variety of lights and sounds to activate. Tubby Toast has you making toast and trying to eat it before Noo-noo steals it. Tubby Custard is a messy game that involves leaving a trail of custard footprints and then vacuuming them up with Noo-noo.

    OK game for early toddlers!

    I purchased this game for my two year old son to give to him this coming Christmas. When I received to game, I tested it before putting it away until December. While I was testing the game, my son came in the room and was captivated by the game. Although, I thought the game was pathetic! The game is best targeted towards young toddlers. I have a feeling that once I give this game to my son, he is going to be bored after a few minutes. But most toddlers have short attention spans anyway. I would necessarily recommend spending a lot of money on this game, but if you are looking for something to occupy your toddler even for a few minutes, then this might work for you.

    My preschooler is thrilled to have a game she can play!

    My lil girl watches her brother play his games and he does let her play with him, but she does get upset as she can not keep up on his level. This is just what we were looking for! Something cute and fun for her to enjoy that is in her age bracket. She absolutely enjoys playing and watching the characters makes her giggle & laugh out loud:o) Perfect for those lil ones who are stuck indoors when it's raining outside. Thanks a million for providing this product on ebay and making the shopping experience convenient! Would love to see more EC (Early Childhood) games on the market. Thanks again!

    Play With The Teletubbies (PlayStation)

    My 21-month-old is a huge Tubbies fan. I decided to buy this game for her to give her some more variety in her day. She really loved this game when we got it. It is easy and will give you directions whenever needed while you are playing(mine did not come with instructions). You can explore Tubbyland and the mini-games are very toddler-friendly. I find myself becoming bored after a few minutes but as long as my little one is having fun that's all that matters.
