When I opened the box the laptop was in better condition than expected. Although listed as "very good", I could see no use whatsoever and the laptop was in near-perfect condition. The price was fair and the seller was very responsive to my messages. The pen arrived but did not work no matter what type of pairing I tried, drivers and software installed, restarting, and Google searching. After messaging the seller, they gave me the option for a refund for the pen or to return the laptop.
