Seller accepted offer and payment for listed item. Then a "personal issue" prevented them from shipping the item, but they promised to get it shipped quickly. After another five days and no indication of shipment I questioned whether the item was shipped. Got another response cancelling the transaction (not my desire) and refunding purchase price. Total water of my time and effort. Don't bother.

I had messaged you 3/8, four days after your purchase. I informed you that a “personal reason” kept me from mailing your order within the 24 hours I typically do (see feedback from previous buyers). I had apologized several times and issued a full refund as I was unable to ship in a timely manner and I wanted to give the opportunity to purchase elsewhere.
