Over all good experience. Item was sent fast and described accurately BUT the shipping box was a little mistreated and the wrapping of product was a little sloppy. The Wireless Microphones were shipped with their cables attached, making them susceptible to bending and wrapped against each other causing them to scratching their surfaces along the way. Everything was good but seller could put a little more effort into the preparation of the shipment.
