When Xbox arrived, I plugged it in, and it did not work. The seller was very easy to work with replaced. My Xbox immediately only took a couple extra days to get the second Xbox. I am very pleased with this seller such a pleasure to work with even though the first Xbox didn’t work

Fast shipping but product arrived with rodent holes all over it. I contacted seller for a replacement and he said, "I would be more than happy to make an adjustment to your purchase price. How much sounds good to you?".. I was upset because the product was shipped with knowledge that the product was damaged yet still sent advertised as brand new w/no damage. However I did get a refund for $7.
