On the plus side, the customer service was excellent. Vendor communicated quickly and shipped item promptly. However, the item certainly was not new as there were spots on the mirror. It was more like all parts and packing information was included. Additionally, the sound doesn't work properly, as if the motor was damaged by water or a drop or even dust. The light feature does work, but it was a bit of a disappointment to purchase something at that price point to not have it work properly.
