This was a very unfortunate experience for both the seller, Angie and myself, Judy. The package took longer than usual to reach me. Only to find out the package was opened at one of the transfer locations. Many pieces of the flatware set were missing/stolen! Angie couldn't have been more HELPFUL and understanding. We both knew it was no fault of hers or mine. But despite this, she gave me a total and complete refund! Very honest, decent ebay seller. I would definitely buy from her again.
