First off you have a higher model with a painted larger spoiler that is a unfinished unpainted plastic spoiler that comes on the lower trim package, therefore you ordered the wrong part. Secondly I personally tested it there was nothing wrong with it, I have no control over shipping damage. Lastly I offered you a full refund if you wanted to send the part back and receive no response. There's nothing more I could offer you except to take my part back and give you all of your money back.
