REDEMPTION sets the scene for the seventh season of FOX's blockbuster action series 24, and it does so with all the fast-paced verve fans have come to expect from the franchise. This feature-length movie finds Federal Agent Jack Bauer working alongside old friend Carl Benton (Robert Carlyle) at an underprivileged boys' school in war-ravaged Sangala, Africa. Despite receiving a subpoena from a squirrelly bureaucrat (Gil Bellows), Jack springs into action when the coward of a U.N. representative who's been assigned to protect the village does nothing to stop a heinous warlord (Tony Todd) from kidnapping schoolchildren to be recruited in his army and staging a coup. Meanwhile, in the United States, it's the day of inauguration for the country's first female president, Allison Taylor (Cherry Jones), but her son just may be the target of the corrupt businessman (Jon Voight) responsible for funding that bloody African uprising. For fans of 24, this full-throttle TV movie is a must-see.

    Incomplete

    The product was disappointing because it is NOT the full series. The product had 2 disks and both contained the first 2 hours of the show. The first disk was the regular TV version and the second disk was the extended version of the same two hours. I was led to believe that I bought the full version. Greatly disappointed.

    Great movie

    Came early in great shape. Finished binging seasons 1-8 of 24. Desperately needed this to complete my collection. For any Jack Bauer fan, you need to watch this movie.

    24: Redemption

    This tv show is awesome. My Mom never watched 24 until one day when she found Season 1 on her computer. She watched the first 4 episodes and then they took it off. Anyone who knows anything about 24, knows it only takes one episode to get you hooked. Needless to say my Mother wasn't happy. I decided I would buy all the seasons on dvd (including this 2 hour long opening episode for the 7th season) for her for X-mas to get her caught up so she could, at some point, watch this season. It took her a little over a month to watch all of it ... that's how good it is!! She's now caught up and has to wait to watch a new episode every week like the rest of us. She loves the show and so do my husband and I! Go Jack!!
