I ordered 2 of the same brush handles and received 1 as ordered and 1 very different. I was told I would receive a refund + $10 to cover shipping/ trouble with order. That did NOT happen. This is a dishonest seller.

This is the first time an external shipping alternative was used outside of eBay, which may have confused us to only refunding you're purchase amount. Usually with a return shipping label, eBay charges us as per our policies. So we don't worry with including the extra shipping fee. This was an honest mistake; we have resolved you're case and refunded you an extra $15 for the shipping fee.
