The seller sent me a broken collectible car and now is not wanting to give me the refund claiming I broke the item. I will not buy from the seller ever and do not recommend anyone to do so, as now my money is on hold pending the seller telling Ebay I broke the item. Not n honest seller.

This item was listed as used. It says no refunds. The buyer states the wiper was missing. It’s shown in the listing pictures. He apparently can’t see. He states the Top was missing. It’s shown in the listing pictures. It also was in the box when it was returned. The listing pictures show the Door panel and Side Pipe attached to the car. Then they are conveniently broken so he can cry to eBay for a return. He didn’t look at the pictures, he lied about the wiper. Now the box has been damaged.
