Not only was it an open box, the items were taken out of all original packaging which protected the product. The earphones were not operating as designed (left side had no sound). All items were not repackaged which Leeds us to believe the seller knew the items were defective before shipment. The seller & or eBay provided a refund immediately & has never provided a return shipping label. I guess it’s up to us to discard the item.
