She notified me of a tiny blue ink name on a blue page that she had overlooked (I wouldn’t have noticed if she hadn’t pointed it out!!) and offered to refund my money if it wasn’t perfect enough for me. I asked to see a photo and she replied immediately. I could barely see the name, and told her it was no problem in an otherwise perfect copy at a great price. It arrived today and looks brand new.
