Customer is absolute Fraud. Claims he's returning the unit because it's missing a software which was all a lie. We told him to send back the unit, gave him a label and he apparently claims he dropped it off but tracking shows no movement and asking us for a refund. We told him no refund is issued until item is returned and he replies back that he's coming to beat the hell outta me.

    iMac fan

    My wife loves this iMac. She had other OS laptops and desktops but this is her favorite. The display is great, the bluetooth keyboard and mouse are outstanding.

    Great up until now

    I bought this iMac back in April. It was a great computer for a couple of months. But since yesterday it keeps rebooting. It’ll reboot a couple of times and then it would say that there was an error and reboot again. I’ve tried plugging it in and out. I took out the plug for a couple of hours and plugged it back in. Still no progress. I’ve checked the wires. Everything is fine. Idk what to do. I would hate to throw it out. It was a very good product until this problem.

    Defective iMac. Nightmare packaging

    The iMac has been glitchy since day one. It would freeze up while turning on frequently. Now it's completely defective. Turns on but it is just a black screen or the colors are all jumbled up and pixelated (see picture). Currently un-usable. Not to mention the condition of the packaging which had oil stains on a significant portion of the box, and dead bugs/critters stuck on the styrofoam!
