Should be neutral but I am generous. Item was expected as not working and it was not. Item however sustained seller responsible damage in transit. Packing material was okay but the seller, for some reason left out all of the screws that hold the radio in the case. The transmitter slipped out of the case leading to considerable damage that was not present when purchased. Seller took 6-1/2 days to get the item to UPS , I have proof. He had plenty of time to simply put the few screws in place.

I paid this person for this item $180 shipped and was described as working. It did not work and I resold it for $39 due to no one would pay higher. I listed on eBay and behold he showed up. I lost $150 on this person.

The seller was shipped a fully functional 1956 vintage amateur radio transmitter. These are not "plug and play" . He went "inside" and attempted some very poorly done changes. He then spray painted the thing black. He himself destroyed 90% of the value. In trying to wipe off the paint with thinner he also destroyed the face on the plastic meter, and the factory model tag. He sold the lamps from inside as well as the new connector.

This seller does not have any type of education. In addition to being a cheapskate who uses the cheapest shipping methods possible, he accused me of trying to get the merchandise for free. The package arrived at an address that is not mine. Even so, I tried to contact the postal service and they told me that the package appeared missing. I sent him the evidence and he responded by blocking me from his page. I recommend that you think twice before buying from this company.

I sent USPS ground as that is what buyer paid for from eBay mailing cost. The package has not arrived thus buyer is a liar it arrived at wrong address. I shipped to address as listed on eBay. Here is USPS tracking 9434636105536780387280 as of 4-25-2024. Package went to wrong local PO, happens a fair amount- will be rerouted. Buyer open case not received to get item free (he hopes) if not delivered in 5 days and Puerto Rico takes a long time. Yes, I blocked the crook.
