Some Mercedes Benz parts, especially small seals and gaskets, come in a large box, as they are purchased in multiple quantities. Those seals and gaskets are removed from that box and sold as needed. That is why there is no packaging with the seals. The listing does not show any packaging either. I only sell OEM Mercedes Benz Parts as you see by my listings and feedback. If you are not satisfied, you are more than welcome to send the item back for a full refund. Thank you.

Only 2 of the 3 items was shipped as what the ad said was was supposed to be. I only received 2 BG44 fuel system cleaner and the 3rd on was some other brand. I reach out to the seller after couple messages back and forth he stop getting back to me.

Unfair feedback. Buyer received exactly what was in the listing. 3 Bottles of BG 44K. Listing does say some bottles may have a different label then what is pictured but all bottles are still BG 44K. Buyer did not read the listing, he received the item, used the item, then noticed the labels were different, threw the bottles away, then decided to complain. No need for me to respond if you threw it away. I offer returns, you could have sent it back for a full refund if you were unhappy.
