I purchased 13 manuals from this seller, when my purchase arrived, it was open and there was only 5 manuals- 8 manuals MISSING!! The seller acted like it wasn’t their fault- if the package was better sealed ALL the manuals would have been delivered!! I even sent pictures to show how the tape stuck to itself and not the package . One little strip. NEVER AGAIN!!

My best guess is that USPS opened or damaged this item and did not reseal it. I was in the process of trying to recover the manuals when feedback was left
