So, the listing said 3 new grates, not used, but 1 of the 3 had different packaging just taped on it, and it was dirty with obvious signs of use. I would have asked for a partial refund, but the seller never responded to my message. I guess I'll talk to ebay about a refund since it's been over 3 days.

The purchase was cancelled because the seller could not find the item in his stock. ...Unfortunatly it took him over a week to respond to my question and inform me only after I asked two times. ...I assume the product is as described and all the rest, but communication could be better and from my perspective it was a waist of time and energy
