My radio did not work before I sent it in (no sound) . I received it today and I am listening to it as I write this review. The built in tuning light is much brighter after repair. Adel gave me options for the repair. Great service.

He noticed my bandswitch was a little wonky and refurbished that as well. Turnaround time was faster than expected. The radio was very well packed for its return home. I highly recommend Adel!

The packaging was excellent, and everything was as described. I highly recommend Adel’s service and will definitely use his services in the near future. Initially, the radio’s sensitivity was a bit higher, but after a bit of tweaking, such as turning the RX to local and lowering the RF gain, I was able to receive everything quite well using an external loop antenna connected to the radio via the Apex35BNC-2 connector.
