They showed up in great shape and were very active. There were even some extras included! Seller was also very communicative and responded quickly. Would definitely buy again.

Great packaging, item shipped and delivered in a timely manner. The seller even took the time to add cooling packs free of charge. However, there could have been more springtails in the container. I counted 11, but being that they're really small I'm sure they packed 20 as described. The biggest thing they could improve on, however, is the substrate for the isopods. The soil substrate was fully saturated (isopod basically suffocated/drowned) and 3/10 Cubaris Payaya were DoA.
