It finally arrived after Yodel were waiting a week for the package. Frustrating trying to contact seller as exchanges were pointless: they parrot the same scripted lines and either do not understand English, or do not care to use it. No explanation for the week delay. I suspect waiting for item from China yet I says UK stock. In fairness when Yodel got it they were quick but in this day and age why did it need to sit for a week? Will just use Amazon in future = next day deliver.

The seller refuses to refund me and is making me revise the feedback to a positive instead of negative before a refund. I have been asking For a refund for 2 weeks now and they send me 15 messages all the same saying same thing. The dress looks nothing like the picture. I was sent the wrong colour and the dress measurements are different or what is described. I placed a case for a refund and they made me cancel it to refund me and they still haven’t refunded after I cancelled the request.
