    Jet Direct 600n card pre non-lead solder

    Just trying to keep an obsolete network in service. Had 610 and 615 card failures even baked them. Baking only lasted a few months. "Moe" ex Laser Service, advised trying a 600 pre non-lead solder card. Card I received is 2002 build.

    Networking printer versus direct connect

    This is a great item! It took my printing to another whole level. Just put the card into the slot and set up the printer and we have a network printer from all over the office. Thanks a lot for a great product!

    Short llife span.

    Worked Ok for about a week. Now gets an EIO1 Error 79.00FE. Had to remove it from the HP4050 printer and reconnect the parallel port cable.

    Both NIC cards worked fine except one of the cards RJ45 jack would not keep the plug locked in. Otherwise I would give this purchase a 5 stars.
