This is tough. The item description was incorrect and I didn't get what was advertised. However, the seller immediately refunded me the cost & shipping. The box was factory sealed and it did not have an adequate description for the seller to be able to reference what was inside. Considering this, as well as the immediate refund, I feel that it speaks more highly of him/her than just another positive transaction. A true display of a good seller is when something goes wrong.     Reasonably priced Honeywell C Adapter.

    Product was what I needed to upgrade my Thermostat from manual switching between Heat and cool to having it switch automatically. Cost of Adapter was reasonable compared to others being offered online.
