Excellent set! Almost the entire series is here, presented in its original squared-off TV format, including the last few episodes, which were never on broadcast TV. The picture and sound are top-notch. As other folks have noted, the Tim Curry DEAD DOG RECORDS arc is not here, due to music licensing restrictions. Otherwise, well worth buying, even at its out-of-print price. It's been more than ten years since this set was issued, so it's not likely at this point that we will see a further DVD release. So, hey, Buckwheat, buy it! Buy it! By the way: The DEAD DOG arc can be viewed online, and the picture is not nearly as good as these commercial discs, but at least it's out there.Excellent set! I was surprise in the quality of the DVDs in the set
The quality of the DVDs or in perfect shape not one scratch the only thing that I have that's not good is how they put the disc in the container but out of that everything's fine it's not the person that sold it to me it's the company that made the DVDs. I give it 5 Stars and now I don't have to watch it on Binge channel on dish network. Thank you very much...

Season 1 of Wiseguy is terrific, Buckwheat.
We are only on Season 2, so I can't comment about 3 or 4. The first season of Wiseguy is SO good. Kevin Spacey and Ray Sharkey are great as crazy bad guys but my favorite character is Roger Lococco played by talented William Russ. Of course Ken Wahl is perfect as Vinny. If you are intrigued by Italian Mafia stories, you will enjoy the 1st part of Season 1. I loved this show in the 80s and loved watching them again. Season 2: No Sonny, no Roger, no Mel. A couple episodes don't even have Vinny. Weird story lines and in my opinion, boring. We binge watched Season 1 and can hardly bring ourselves to watch season 2. No Glenn Frey Episodes
Great series, but this collection does not have the episodes with Glenn Frey. Season 2 is short about 7 or 8 episodes. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I haven't found the missing episodes on any DVD.

This is an amazing DVD box set. Includes some great episodes and has some awesome extras. The only downside is the Dead Dog Records arc is not included and in my opinion that was one of the best stories from the series. Apparently due to liscensing issues from the music in the arc, so it was just left out. Other than that a great set an awesome value.
