I have a loose model and always wanted one boxed. Lesney seemed to save money by not putting NEW on the last picture boxes of 1982. While not originally available to USA Collectors, the internet changed all that. Both wheels are easily removeable and can be snapped back into position. Child safety laws nowadays limit moving parts being detached, which makes this a treasure! Box in good condition while inside model is like new!
