Shipped out at the end of the week so order sat at the post office all weekend.. nothing was alive when it arrived, and still no life showing days later.

I shipped on friday, mail moves on sunday and arrived on monday as intended. I offered to refund after item was returned as proof of claim, but buyer refused to send back . They emptied the container into their enclosure and couldnt provide a picture as proof nor a return. so this picture is a lie, its just dirt from their tank..i always send 2x amount. buyer was seeking to take advantage. my oher feedback accurately reflects my items and customer service. This customer is lying.
