For a $400 order of silver flatware, HORRIFIC packaging. No box and only minimal padding to assure safe delivery -- these easily could have been bent in just a bubble mailer. Extremely fast shipping (less than two days), good product, and great price. A small box would have been same cost to mail and provided a modicum of protection. I hate leaving less than positive feedback for an otherwise great seller, but, really just a bubble mailer not acceptable.
