The Barbie was new in box and was shipped only in a polymer bag. No bubble wrap or other protection so the box came destroyed! The polymer bag seal was such to the box too. There was no salvaging the box in anyway. This should have been shipped ina box with bubble wrap. The doll luckily was not damaged but I bought her in a box for a reason.
